How We Structure Every Programme
Every Bequestly programme is built around the same three-stage approach: first, we help you understand what the landscape looks like; second, we help you see where your own records stand; third, we help you get those records into a clear, organised form. The depth of each stage varies by programme, but the sequence is consistent.

Legacy Planning Orientation
A gentle, plain-language session explaining how families in Malaysia generally approach organising their affairs and records, and which official bodies and professionals handle which matters. Purely educational and orientation-focused, designed to reduce uncertainty.

How This Session Works
Initial Enquiry
You get in touch by phone or email. We confirm the session date and send a brief overview of what to expect.
The Session
A 2–3 hour guided session covering the general estate landscape in Malaysia. You can attend in person (Kuala Lumpur) or online.
Materials Provided
You receive a printed or digital copy of the plain-language glossary and official resource list to keep.

A practical service that helps you gather, sort, and label your own important records and information into one clear, well-structured personal file, so everything is easy to locate. Focused entirely on organisation and record-keeping.

We work through your records together across 1–3 sessions, helping you sort, label, and file everything into the structured system.
Summary Index & Handover
You receive a completed summary index and structured file — entirely in your possession. We point you toward the appropriate professionals for any next steps.
Programme 03
Comprehensive Family Legacy Programme
A structured, multi-session programme combining general education about how estate matters are commonly organised with hands-on help arranging your records and preparing clear questions for the appropriate professionals.
Includes a complete personal archive binder, a family information summary, and follow-up support for factual, non-advisory queries.

Orientation & Education

Family Summary & Question Preparation
Session 6 produces your family information summary and a prepared question list for the licensed professionals you will consult.
Follow-Up Support
After the programme, you have access to our team for factual, non-advisory follow-up questions by email for three months.
